Welcome to ExecAid. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
By creating an account or using ExecAid, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
ExecAid is a multi-tenant SaaS platform designed for humanitarian medicine distribution. The platform provides tools for inventory management, prescription tracking, distribution campaigns, and reporting for non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and healthcare providers.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Organization administrators are responsible for managing their tenant, including user access, data accuracy, and compliance with applicable regulations governing medicine distribution in their operating regions.
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Each tenant's data is isolated and accessible only to authorized users within that organization. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
ExecAid supports offline functionality for field operations. Data created offline will be synchronized when connectivity is restored. Users are responsible for resolving any synchronization conflicts that may arise.
All content, features, and functionality of ExecAid are owned by Skarbol Technologies and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, though we will provide reasonable access to export your data.
The platform is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExecAid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of any material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
