This Privacy Policy describes how ExecAid collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our platform.
We collect information you provide directly, including: account registration details (name, email, phone), organization information, patient and beneficiary data entered into the system, and usage data such as access logs and feature interactions.
We use collected information to: provide and maintain the platform, process medicine distributions and prescriptions, generate reports and analytics for your organization, communicate service updates and security notices, and improve platform functionality.
We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only: within your tenant organization as configured by your administrator, with service providers necessary for platform operation (hosting, email), and when required by law or legal process.
ExecAid enforces strict tenant isolation. Each organization's data is logically separated and inaccessible to other tenants. Platform administrators cannot access tenant-specific operational data without explicit authorization.
We implement industry-standard security measures including: encryption of data in transit and at rest, role-based access control (RBAC), audit logging for sensitive operations, and regular security assessments.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account termination, we will retain data for a reasonable period to allow data export, after which it will be securely deleted.
You have the right to: access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements), export your data in standard formats, and withdraw consent for optional processing.
ExecAid uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising trackers.
ExecAid is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or platform notification.
